Ibuydealz.com Merchandise returned- no refund. Bklyn New York

I ordered a Northface jacket which I received 11/27/13. It didn't fit and didnt seem anywhere near the size I ordered. And was obviously a knockoff, since I have a jacket from Northface. Big difference. I spoke to a woman at the number provided at the site and was told to return it. Since the size was so far off I was told although I would have to pay for shipping the 15% restock fee wouldn't apply. I sent it back 12/3 and I got an email from the site shortly thereafter advising the jacket was received and the refund would be processed. I called a couple of times during December about it, and finally after leaving another message yesterday I see the site's link redirects to a PDF file courtesy of the Florida AG I would assume, the company is being sued. It seems I have been fleeced. I will update this complaint if my circumstances change.
