IC Financials (Jeffery Cook) Again $479.00 was paid for a service that was not rendered. This is a FRAUD, take note don' t be another victim and help them finance this any further. Reno Nevada

I was a victim of this fraudulent company also paying the $479.00 to assist in the preparation of paper work to be submitted for a grant. I found them on the internet while looking up grant information to start my new business. I called and talked to a representative of the company. Their web page seemed professionally done and when talking to them on the phone they appeared to ask all the right questions. I fell in to there trap, which is very disturbing because I am a law enforcement officer. However I am human just like everybody else. After the fact I was able to talk with a Jeffery Cook, I was able to get a home phone number and address in Reno on a Jeffery Cook. I know this sounds odd, and one would think this was a false name, but this is how I was able to verify this information. I started talking with him and acting like nothing was off par. I then asked if he knew this phone number and read the home number that I had he paused a long while the asked where I got the number. I told him that the person I talked to the other day gave me this number that he stated if I had any questions I could call this number, as to were to send money. He then stated yes that is correct. I then read him the physical address, he again paused and stated where did you get that information. And I again told him that I was told yesterday that I could send the money to that address and I was just wondering if that was true. He then answered yes, you can send it that address that is the same place, it must be the warehouse. I then informed him that I was a police officer and asked him if this was a scam he was running. He stated no this was not a scam I informed him by addressing him as Jeffrey Cook, if it was a scam the law has a long reach if he thinks he could get away with it. He stated that he has done this work for other police officers in the past. He again stated that this was not a scam. So I waited and to give them the benefit of a doubt and wait. Here August 31, 2007 I tried and make contact by phone and it is blocked or turned off also I called his home number and it also was blocked or turned off. I also contacted the attorney generals office to file a fraud complaint and they are sending the complaint packet to be filed against them also getting with an attorney to file a law suite against them for the money paid for a service that was not rendered. I still have his personal information filed as far as assets and property listed to file against. I bet the bad guys wished they could tell when they are messing with the public or an individual working in and for the government that might be able to make a difference. Anybody needs any information or support feel free to right back. Let's all get together and make a difference and make it hurt, to them the actors in this senseless crime.
