I found them in the web back in April, while searching for Grant Proposal Services.

I called and talked first talked to a gentleman named John Goodman, who was very convincing. I had nothing to lose or worry about. I was promised to recieve money when all the paperwork was final.

They said it was going to take between 14-16 weeks, depending on how soon I would send the payment, the quetionaire and a business plan. I sent the money requested ($464.00) with a USPS money order, via Overnight Delivery from USPS. As requested, I provided them with the tracking number which, according to Goodman, was needed to ensure that my information was going to get into the program BEFORE the three day deadline arrived.

After payment was made, I waited about 7 weeks until the demographics questionaire arrived. It was nicely put together and looked very professional. I filled it up and send it to the same address, with the exception this time that I was to send it to the attention of IC Applicants. I did it as instructed; overnight delivery and provided them with the tracking number.

Back in June, I received a phone call from Helen form IC Services, telling me that I had to send a Business Plan their way, so they could review it for submission. I sent it to them same way, via overnight delivery, and provided the tracking number as requested.

I called on July 10th to check on the status of my applications, and a guy name Richard told me that my application was being process. He confirmed receiving the business plan, and told me that I should start receiving letters from government entities within the next 2 weeks.

Since the end of July, I have called numerous times and have not gotten an answer. I sent e-mails, and letters, and no answer.

Today, I made my last attempt and found out that the 877 nomber has been block.

TODAY, I called the FBI in Oregon and requested an investigation on a suspicious scam company: IC Services!!!

All of you that have been affected by this, please, call the FBI in their Oregon Field Office and request an investigation.
