IC SERVICES IS MGR SOLUTIONS.THEY ARE LOCATED AT 1851 ST-CATHERINE SUITE 230.TEL # 514-931-5545. THEY RAISED THE PRICE TO 464$ FROM 449$. THEY SAY THEY ARE LOCATED IN BEAVERTON OREGON. THEY ARE ARE A FRAUD!!!DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THEM. WHILE ON THE PHONE THEY WILL SAY THAT IT WILL TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO PROCESS THE FILE TO SEE IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A GRANT BUT REALLY THEY JUST MAKE YOU WAIT FOR ABOUT A MINUTE AND IN THE MEANWHILE THEY READ YOU YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT AND THEN WILL SAY THAT YOUR FILE JUST CAME BACK AND THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND GIVE YOU SOME 2-3 DIGIT FILE NUMBER.THEY WILL ALSO MENTION THAT THERE IS A 3 DAY WINDOW AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK WITH A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE MONEY ORDER YOU SEND WITHIN THOSE 3 DAYS OR ELSE YOUR FILE WILL BE CLOSED AND THAT ITS THE END OF GRANTS SEASON. SINCE WHEN IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR GRANTS????CALL 514-931-5545 AND ASK FOR FERAS THATS THE OWNERS NAME. MAYBE HE'LL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU WITH A FASTER GRANT. RIGHTTTTT!!!

I used to work for this company and found out that they are ripping off thier own customers! I decided to take things in my own hands and reported them to Attorney General. Please do not trust this company!

I looked up IC Services and filled out a general application for a housing grant. They called me at work, and the call went very much like this report says. I was pressured to stop everything and go home and pull up the contract and send a money order TODAY. BTW they did want $464.00.
I got home and checked with Beaverton OR CHamber of Commerce, Oregon Attorney General, and AnyWho. The only evidence I could find that they even exist is their own website and this report.
BEWARE. I fear that the worst may be true here. I wonder, can they redirect the addressing of your money order if they have the tracking number?
