Was originally hired under the promise of making a certain amount per sale (spiff), then...the compensation changes.  Later, if one does not obtain a minimum of seven sales per week, the "spiffs" stop.  Of course, contrary to the previous "Agreements."  After, FIRED, for lack of production.  But, just ask the boss, Mr. Fingal, why he reneges on the company's agreements with their agents.  This company is S L E A Z Y, period.   BTW, Stephen Tucker is their CEO.  But, does it really matter who runs the outfit?  Many "Vice Presidents," the agents work their asses off, and the company screws them around.  I know..I used to be one of their agents. They own you for a lousy $500 guarantee per week.  If you need money, work anywhere else!
