On 02-01-2007 I ordered Joint Relief product from Iceland Health from the internet after seeing it on Television. The add was a free 30 day trail bottle of Joint Formula for the cost of postage and handling of $6.95, which took them less than 2 days to take it from my account.

The charge to my account was a total of $66.85 not $6.95 which was the first mistake they made. Then when I recieved the package 3 weeks later I recieved 2 bottles of a formula that had not even been approved to the public for shipment.

So I then called customer service and let them know that I didnt feel safe taking a product that was not approved to the public yet. I also made them aware that my account was charged more than the Ad on the Internet had instructed.

The Gentlemen then very nicely gave me 2 set of numbers to return my product and to get my refund. He at that time told me that it would nottake as long as stated on the paper to get my money returned to my account because of the 2nd number he gave me he said that this number would expidite the process.

So I then waited an additional several days because I fedexed the package for them to recieve the package overnight. When I called the customer service dept. told me they had not recieved the package yet.

The second time I called I talked to a very nasty Supervisor named Charles and he advised me that they reieved the package but it would take 45 days or more for the money to be returned to me. I have talked to several people since then and it still has not been processed and I was told they dont get alot of returns so It would take a long time to process my order.

I dont feel this is a good way to do business and would like my money back in a timely manner after all it did not take them lone to take it from my account. Also it was a mistake on their end not mine.

I'm getting tired of calling and being talked to rudely and as if it is not a priority to take care of my processing.
