I was checking my credit card Statemen. I saw a charge for $12.97 that I didn't recognize. I called the number and found out

it was for free shipping to the tune of $12.97 a month. How this happened I don't know, I don't have a business and I have no need of such a service. I asked for this to be canceled, which she did send an e-mail of confirmation. I asked for the amount $12.97 to be refunded and she said they don't refund. It frightens me to think that something like this could happen.I would never ever subscribe to something like this, I have no need of it.

I do apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion you had regarding your Freeshipping.com membership. As a courtesy I have processed a refund for the $12.97 charge, 

You registered for a membership on 1/30/14, when you received an email with our offer after completing a recent online purchase. You then completed the online registration form and were sent a welcome email outlining all the offer details and contact information,
