I signed up with a verification fee of $1.95, thinking that was it to search the site. Next thing I know there a $149.00 draft on my account. I never authorized this to be drafted. They did send a welcome confirmation and it was a blank page with NO information at all. I called and left a message after searching for a phone number. I received an e-mail from an Elizabeth stating that she would send me a complaint form to fill out and return to her. I faxed it back and she said in her e-mail that it would take 7-10 days for the board to make a decision on whether my money drafted should be refunded. Well, you guessed it I received an e-mail today and they made a decision that I was not to be refunded my bank draft. This is clearly a company that is out to scam the country by not clearly supplying the consumer information and taking advantage of people in the name of religion. I looked on another complaint website and there are other complaints regarding this iChuch.com SCAM. I am appalled that this is continuing, this company needs to be STOPPED!
