I signed up with them for internet training late in the evening (Eastern Time) at their office in Utah on Feb 25, 2009. I found out the next day my full time job was changing. I contacted Hannah who had sent over papers to sign to make everything legal 12 hrs later to cancel. I called them over 100 times. All I wanted was a refund. Canoga Park, California

I made a verbal deal with this company Feb 25, 2009. I work for the US Army. Due to employment changes I had found out the next morning I needed to cancel 12 hours later. I had paid them $9,880.00. I was told to talk to Diana Balbastro and there should be no problem by Hanna. The guy I had dealt with was Steve Lucus.
He wanted me to try it for 2 weeks and then if I wanted to drop out I would get a full refund and I would be working one on one with a coach. I said put it in writing and I would try it but I still quit. He just wanted it to go past that 3 day mark so he would not refund my money. He never put anything in writing.
I called the coach to see if he had set up one on one training. He had not. I thanked her and told her I still quit the program. I then called him back daily for weeks he never returned one call. He is a salesman who would do anything to make a deal a typical snake. When they sent me my contract to sign which I never signed on the following day it had a page of contact numbers and email addresses.
I called them all and emailed them all telling them to forward it to Lucus. So I have the phone records and sent emails for evidence. I started leaving messages that I was going on line with this and the Better Business Bureau. Then about 6 weeks ago their parent company called me. The man said his name was Andrew Braun and worked for Max Elite Consulting.
I told him the story, sent him a couple of the emails to prove dates. He said his number was 888-514-6020 ext 862. After seeing the emails he said he would send me a full refund and apologized. I believed him but I am still waiting for a check. It takes me 3 months to make that much money.

I found out another company that ripped me off is called ccc reistration@live.com, Success Team Finance.com and E Capital. They are also related to Max Elite Consulting in CA. They owe me $3680.00. Due to me dropping their internet training the following daty. I was told I would get my money back by a Woman named Vivian. She said her boss would have no problem due to the laws in Utah. His name is
STEVE DEPUTY and his number is 866-512-6740. I do not know their address. I do know they are also under Max Elite Consulting 21201 Victory Blvd Canoga Park, CA 91303 Phone 818-961-0250. I was given my money back from Andrew Braun which came to $9880.00 and he said he would get my money from Steve Deputy. I still have filed with the Attorney Generals of all three states. Hoping I can stop them from dueing business in Maryland. I also reported it to the credit card fraud department and Better Business Bureau. The company paid me two thirds of what they owe. I don't understand why they don't pay the rest of it and get a good report on themselfs. NOW I will be going to the other websites like this one so more people will know about Steve Deputy an easy name to remember.
