Icloud Technology LLC DEWON LAWTON REFUSED TO COMPLETE JOB FOR PRICE AND LIED ABOUT REFUND Decatur GA

BEWARE!!  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.  THEY LIE AND DECEIVE.  This service promises to unlock your cell phone so your cell phone can be used with a different carrier.  Their price seems reasonable, $35.  I explained that I had an AT&T iPhone that I wanted to transfer to Verizon.  No problem.  They guaranteed that their unlocking for $35 would be the COMPLETE PAYMENT.  ....AND... if I was dissatisfied with the unlocking service, they would refund the $35.

I agreed, and paid the $35 through an offshore payment system, Skrill.... (another red flag).  The Skrill account was under the name of DEWON LAWTON.  Then I provided my MEID.  A few hours later, they contacted me and said it would cost another $30, because it was an AT&T phone, and AT&T puts a Permanent Network Lock on the phone.  I reminded them that I informed them of the fact that it was AT&T before he guaranteed that $35 would completely unlock the phone. 

We argued back and forth, and he refused to finish the job for the agreed price.  He also refused to refund my money.  THen, sometime later, he texted me stating that he had reversed the unlock and refunded my money.  HOWEVER, THE MONEY WAS NEVER RECEIVED ON MY SKRILL ACCOUNT!  I advised them of the lack of refund and lack of performance several times, but he is no longer responding.  He has gone totally dark. 

He advertises under the name of Icloud Technologies LLC, and uses the phone number (470) 329-1325.  He tries to lure in customers and then increase the price before the work is done.  DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.  THEY LIE.  THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE.  THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I HAVE FOUND THEIR ADS IN VARIOUS PLACES ON THE INTERNET, Sometimes the name is different, but the NUMBER IS (470) 329-1325.  The money is account is tied to DEWON LAWTON.  DO NOT TRUST ANY BUSINESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH DEWON LAWTON or (470) 329-1325.
