ICM websites is a rip off.  Like so many others, I thought the fee was $2.97 and in 2-3 days you would receive a package. NO PACKAGE.  I signed up for the $2.97 on 5-25-10. Today I see that this company took another $149.97 out of my account on 05-28-10. It is funny after they get your credit card payment for the $2.97 you do not even get a confirmation number for that payment and no payment comfirmation number  when  they charge you $149.97 later. Email or other wise. I think they do not communicate  they charged  you credit card because they want you to be caught off guard. Also, I did call the company and inform them that I did not authorize the $149.97 and I wanted the money refunded. I cannot afford this money being taken from my account and that is why I went with the $2.97, which is affordable. This company is misleading and I want my money refunded. I was very upset when I went to Rip off report and realized how many people have been mislead and ripped off by this company.  I am asking that this compay does the right thing and refunds by account, if not, then I will take other steps. I don't want anything to do with this company and I do not want to take anymore money from me.

In the interest of Customer Service, we have terminated this customers account and no further charges will be conducted on their account. This customer has been provided a FULL refund for the purchase, in the amount of $149.95 to the card ending in #3947 on 6-3-10.



If this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office. This customer can keep any materials that were received as our gift.

Big Scam

I have no idea if my account was cancelled. I called yesterday and got a big run around from this company like everyone else.  They were rude and I informed them that I did not authorize $149.95 to be taken out of my account and I was told the same thing everyone else has been told, basically "Too Bad". I went out of the site once I saw that they would charge a fee for credit cards, but at this point they have your credit card number for the $2.97 and then charge your account a few days later for $149.95, which you have no idea about and then you call and inform them, you did not authorize this transaction and you want the money refunded, they refuse. My credit union has been contacted and I keep going with this until my money is refunded.  This company should not be allowed to be in business at all. The website is set up so you have to give you credit card info for $2.97 and then you think you got out of it in time  when you figure out this is not something you want to do, but by then it is too late, they have your credit card info.
