I had requested a specific form for a necessary transaction. When I realized it was not the correct form for my needs and the correct one was not available online, I decided to request the correction by phone.

After giving me a hard time selecting the option, the system hung up on me while I was on hold. When I went to the web site to make the request by email, they also added barriers even after I had entered all identifying codes to the so-called secure system.

The end result was no communication and the likelihood that I will not be able to make the required withdrawal and will end up financially penalized.
