Victor Sziky Sicmar International in Panama city, Panama,Vasst Energy Concepts, Inc. Please be aware of Victor Sziky before investing your money! Melbourne, Miami, Panama City, Panama Florida

This submission concerns the submission by Rocco Maiolo on June 29th 2015 and the many factual errors contained with in it.

Mr Maiolo was presented an investment opportunity, not by Mr Sziky, in a Waste to Energy Company, Sicmar International, with offices in Panama S.A.  Mr Maiolo was informed at his presentation in 2006 that as an INVESTMENT, if he could not personally afford to invest in the project and suffer the loss of his initial investment he should not proceed.

Since the start of his investment in the Sicmar project, Mr Maiolo visited the offices and Mr Sziky in Panama  to check on the progress.  At no time during those visits did he express any concerns to any of the principals involved in that company.

In the years after the financial sector worldwide meltdown of 2008-2009, it was evident to the principals of Sicmar International, that without proper funding it could not sustain its offices in Panama or follow through on the projects in Panama and Columbia that were ongoing and in need of capital. 

From this set back some years later VASST was created by a number of like minded individuals of which Victor Sziky was but one.  The group also included a strong percentage of the core group of Sicmar but with a better model and stronger strategic allies.This group have funded and driven VASST from the beginning with their own money, with the intention of providing the WTE technology to principalities in the USA and Internationally. As part of that initiative previous investors of Sicmar were, where possible, kept informed of its progress as it pertained to them.

Mr Maiolo was one of these people. Despite repeated requests not to by many in VASST currently, he has tried to undermine the progress of these projects with his blogging and emails at every turn.  This, after being given assurances that when any of the VASST projects broke ground, he and other initial investors not part of VASST currently, would get all or part of their initial investment returned by VASST.  It is clear that he could not afford the investment and should never have involved himself in Sicmar if he thought it would bring him a quick “buck”.

This report is nothing more than sour grapes from a small minded individual.  Every single member of the VASST team, have family and children to support.  They give of their time and money, believing in the technology, the mission and the goal of seeing the first one of these projects through to completion.Tremendous work to date has been accomplished. The Principals never wavered and have stayed the course.

Mr Maiolo of  Port St Lucie, Florida.  Has no involvement in VASST Energy Concepts, he also has no evidence to back up any of his claims against one of its principals, which even a basic search of the relevant data bases would yield the correct information as to qualification (Check FINRA Data Base) for instance.  Victor Sziky was licensed from 1995-2005 and worked for several firms in Wall Street.

If there is any miss-information it is by Mr Maiolo and his band of bloggers, who by their infantile actions try to harm VASST, the principals and their families in its ongoing efforts to succeed. Personal vendetta’s have no place in these pages.

VASST Energy Concepts continues to strive forward despite him and very few others like him.  We will not respond to any further comments on this matter.
