I also was duped by ICM, I am unemployed and my benefits have ran out so on June 7th I saw this work at home add while looking for a job on the internet. I thought for 2.97 it was worth a try, in the add it ststed you did not have to buy or sell anything but after going on the site everything they directed you to was to buy things in order to sell them. I got off the site and never went back on. On my july bank statement I was charged the 2.97 on june 7th for a kit I never received. and on June 12th I was charged 149.95 for I dont know what. I called ICM that day(july 13th) and after several attempts to get through I was told they have a strict no refund policy.

I did some searching on the internet and found this site, I again called ICM today and asked to speak to jennifer who was very rude and stated that it had been over thrirty days and no refund would be issued, she did say she would refund the 2.97 since I never received the kit.

I have contacted my bank to see about reversing the charges and will have to see how it goes from there.

Also jennifer stated that the orginal ad that states you do not have to buy or sell anything is not ICM ads, how does it get you to their website then?
