Icon Builders and Development While working for this company for a number of months. I had repeated incidences with not being paid on time or the owner writing out personal checks that would not clear with my bank. He would then h Brooklyn Center, Minnesota

 I am a supervisor at Icon Bulider's for the past ten years and we have never not made payroll or bounced bad checks too our employees nor our subcontractors. Mr. Buckles at the time was a recovering drug addicted who we employed from a local treatment program we hired from trying to give a second chance to regain gameful employment once again in the community. I personally met with Mr. Buckles on the east side of St. Paul where I delivered his last and final pay check and the desire location of his choosing. Mr. Buckles was upset with the final check amount. Mr. Buckles check was deducted do to the damage he caused on a job by demolition of work that was not on the work order. Mr. Buckles and several other employees caused us on this particular job site to loose more than $10,000 loss and damaged our reputation in the community and ended a long standing relationship with one of our biggest partners.
