I purchased a NoricTrac treadmill T5.7 on novemeber 28, 2012. The reason I purchased this paticular treadmill was for the iFit live program that it had, to track my workouts, and live street view. I had to buy a module for this to happen for $99.00 then a membership for that for another $99.00 which was fine. However since purchasing this it has not worked. I purchased direct from Icon fitness and at the time of purchase they did not tell me they were having problems with the web site and the program, but were not hesitant in taking my money. I have called and emailed customer service numerous times since the 28th, they seem not to know what is going on, only they are working on it. They have a support forum however they never update it, well maybe once every 2 weeks or so. So I am stuck with a treadmill that does not work for the purpose I bought it for. All I ask is for honest answers and what is going on.

IFIT is not fit for purpose

AUTHOR: Jagbreeder - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, January 20, 2013

IFIT is not fit for purpose.

Since this new website update in November 2012, the function of the website that is needed to respond to my built in exercise equipment purchased from the parent company is no longer fit for purpose. Before the November update everything was fine, now January 2013 it is no longer fit for purpose. In the UK this is sufficent to make a claim of losses to the company concerned. IFIT is a US company and I leave it to you poor americans to sort this one out. Your regulations are a lot weaker than they would be in the UK.
