I bought a $1500 treadmill from this company and the handle on it seems to be faulty as it does not fit properly.  I have tried emailed/calling with no help or no response.  I have emailed the CEO Scott Watterson @ swatterson@iconfitness.com 
with no replies or help.  The customer service is non existent.
