On December 7th 2010, I signed a contract with ICON payment solution, which is a credit card company. Jon Cannon is the director of sales. His phone number is 1866-5260166 ext. 8865 and his email address is jon@iconpayment.com and the companies physical address is 4811 East Thistle Landing Dr. Ste 110 PHX, AZ 85044.

A week later I received credit card terminals and the gift card programing was not downloaded (which means that it disables the acceptance of the gift cards).

I talked to their representatives over the phone and they asked me to send to them 2 gift cards. I did send it to them on December 17th 2010 and they received them on December 22nd.  Since then, I was paying $242 for December and $139 for every month of  the January/February/march of 2011 and all of this time I am unable to use them, so it is a waste of money.

I contacted them at least twice a week, asking them to refund me the fees. On the first week of January they told me that they were going to refund me the money but refused to do so.  I want to close the contract with them and not have to deal with a company that brings loss to my business during this critical financial timing.   i em falling e lawsuit agents icon bruce 602 488 7558

Surely you don't run your business on gift cards alone. Your customers don't pay with just gift cards do they? If so, I advise you to rethink your strategy. Also, did you specify that you needed gift cards programmed on your machine because if you didn't how would they know.
