Icon Security Inc. Icon Security Should Be Called Con Security Provo Utah

I am writing this in behalf of my elderly parents that got tricked by these con artist calling themselves Icon Security. They appeared at my parents home representing themselves as a company that is taking over the security company that my parents already had for years.
The con artists proceed to replace the existing alarm system and puts their crap as the replacement. The garbage they installed has not worked since the con artists installed it.
My parents called Icon Security many times, was put on hold for 45 mins. and never got the system to work. They want out but Icon Security tells them they need to submit a letter first.
Beware and stay away from these creeps!
