Iconic Auctions is a good and resposive Auction House, until they have your items. Once you submit your items to them, there are no Emails answered or phone calls returned. According to Myndee Krymer, they all wear many hats. Meaning that they all do 3 or 4 jobs, which would be confusing to anyone.

I guess they left out the job of Customer Service. They are a huge Auction House, but can't pay anyone to answer the phone. Getting to talk to a real person, doesn't exist after they have your items. They claim to have the fastest Payouts of any Auction House. (as little as 5 days) Hilarious!! Read a little further and they claim no more than 45 days. When inquiering, it's not 45 days, but 45 Business Days. Misleading to say the least.

I made the mistake of Consigning my items to them for the May 2017 Auction. Here I am, August 1, 2017 still waiting to be Paid for my items. No emails get answered, no phone calls get returned, so not much I can do. Just thinking that by filing a complaint, it may stop others from getting this type of Treatment. I have learned a good bit about this Company over the last few weeks.

They run 5 Businesses out of the same Office at the same address. Guess it could be confusing, but leaving Customer Service out completely, is absurd! The Office is Charity Benefits Unlimited and from the outside and the inside, you would never know there were any other Businesses at this location. A little shady to start with? The other Businesses at this location are 1) Custom Benefits Unlimited (Corporate Sports and Musice Autographs) 2) Frameworks (Picture Framing Studio) 3) Press Pass Collectible (Music and Sports Autograph Dealer) 4) Iconic Auction which Sells Music, Entertainment and Sports Autographs.

Yeah, I was shocked too! A Music and Sports Autograph Dealer in the same Office as a Auction House who Sells Music and Sports Autographs. May not be illegal, but it's Definitely Unethical? I guess, if you don't have to Pay a commission to Buy or Sell your items, it greatly benefits someone? The sad thing is, Charity Benefits Unlimited holds Auctions for Charities, to raise Money. There are 2 items on Ebay, as I am writing this Report, that are Fake and have a COA from Charity Benefits Unlimited. Is this benefiting Charities, or the ones who are doing these Auctions?

What happens to these Charities and those who support them, when they figure out that the items they received while supporting these Charities, were Fake Music and Sports Autographs? It's not the Charities, as supporters will no longer want to contribute. You may ask, how does someone who runs a Memorabilia Dealer and an Memorabilia Auction House where everything is Authenticated, let these Fakes slip through, to Charity Contributors? Is it because the average person, knows very little, if any at all, about Autographs. These are just my Opinions on these Businesses.

The Final straw, 4 of these 5 Businesses are owned and operated by Kyle Bell, who has somewhat of a Checkered Past, according to the Private Investigator that I Hired. For some reason, Iconic Auctions is run under Iconic Memorabilia and is Registered in another State. 4 of these Businesses are Registered in Scottsdale, AZ, so why is the 5th Registered somewhere other than Scottsdale? Do they not want people to know who owns it? (Kyle Bell) Do they not want people to be able to tie all of these Businesses together. Is it due to the Checkered past of Kyle Bell? Or, they just don't think it's any of your Business, who you are Dealing with? I prefer to know, who I'm doing Business with, don't you?

Anyways, if you don't mind having your emails unanswered or your phone calls ignored, this is the Business for you. If you don't mind getting your Money, at twice the time they Advertise to get it to you, then this is the Business for you. If you don't care about who you are doing Business with or the shady things they do, then this is most definitely the Business for you. All experiences stated above, are from my experiences with this Company. All opinions stated above, are from the information provided to me, through a Private Investigator and the world wide web. These days, you can find out about any Person, Business or anything else, thanks to the Internet.

I hope that my Complaint here, saves others from making the same mistakes, that I did, with this Company. Buyers and Sellers, Beware!!

Iconic Auctions Story this Week

AUTHOR: Timothy - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, February 02, 2018

Well, let's give a hand to Jeff, who seems to think that he has all his bases covered. What he left out? Our conversation over Bell Sports Marketing, went a little different. When I brought up BellSportsMarketing, I was cussed by Jeff and was told, BellSportsMarketing was who He wrote his Check out to each month. Also, told me that it was a Huge Building and he wasn't aware of all the Businesses, that were in the Building. After hiring a Private Investigator there in Scottsdale, I was informed that there was only one (1) Office in the Entire Building.(So much for not knowing anyone else in that Huge Building, Jeff)

There are 5 Businesses in the same Office: 1) Iconic Auction (Auction House Selling Autographed Memorabilia) 2) Press Pass Collectibles (Dealer Selling Autographed Memorabilia) 3) CBU- Charity Benefits Unlimited ( Selling Autographed Memorabilia through Charities) 4) Custom Benefits Unlimited ( Selling Autographs and Memorabilia to Corporate Types) 5) L7 Frameworks (Does Custom Framing for Charity Benefits and Custom Benefits Items) and others I'm sure. Jeff, wants to spin this as we are not doing anything wrong. All these Businesses, doing practically the same thing, out of the same Office (Which he didn't know any of the other Businesses, because it's such a huge Building, to now we share the Office and Personel) Notice that things aren't exactly how Jeff has tried to Spin It??

Kyle Bell is the Owner of Four (4) of those 5 Businesses, being run out of the same Office. Just keeps getting smaller and smaller (That Huge Building where He didn't know anyone). Kyle Bell, according to my PI, has a very Checkered Past and operates 4 Businesses out of the same Office, just by coincidence, as an Auction House, directly related to his 4 Businesses. Jeff says that Kyle Bell has nothing to do with "his" Iconic Auction House. I am also the Member of Autograph Live Magazine, where I have read several Articles related to this question. Steve G who Authenticates most Autographs being Sold at Iconic Auctions, has stated not once, but on 2 different occasions that Kyle Bell Definitely has something to do with Iconic Auctions. He didn't care what Jeff Wolff says, he stated that he knows for sure that Kyle is part of Iconic Auction. Hey Jeff, I wouldn't want anyone to know that I was in Business with Kyle Bell either. I don't know if I would go to such extremes to hide that fact or not. Kind of puts you on a level playing field with Kyle Bell, who you seem to go through an awful amount of time and trouble, trying to Convince others that he isn't a part of your Auction House. All of this hiding and trying to spin things in your favor, being caught in several lies, leaves me to wonder, what else is taking place inside these 4 walls. One can only speculate to that question??

An Auction House selling Autographs and Memorabilia, shares an Office with a Shady Kyle Bell, at best, who Sells Autographs and Memorabilia to the Public, through Charities and Corporate America. Surely, everything is on the up an up, so why tell Lies? Guess we'll have to wait to hear from Jeff again. I have Documents that were sent to me, from the PI that I hired, which backs up everything that I have Stated above. Was very strange at the time, as he couldn't find any Records anywhere in Arizona, for a Business (Iconic Auction) that has been operating there for many many years now? Definitely Strange? Unless you don't want people to know, who actually owns Iconic Auction House.

I have shared my experiences above and my Opinions, as I see them. I didn't say, that almost every item of mine that Sold (Usually for less than it's value) ended up being put up for sale by PPC or Press Pass Collectibles on Ebay. I didn't say anything about the 3 items (1 item per Auction, for 3 seperate Auctions) that you left out of my Consignment List and I had to ask about them, to get Paid. I didn't say that I Sold 26K in the last Auction (Which was my last Auction with them) and was only Paid 11K. I didn't say, that it took more than 6 months to get my items (that didn't sell) returned to me. (Still missing a KISS item) Oh yeah, all but 1 of the items in that last Auction (Where most people didn't Pay for the items) went to PPC or Press Pass Collectibles as well. If all these things are happening, what else is going on? One could venture a Guess? My guess would be, whatever is going on, might not be Illegal, but it is most definitely not Ethical. Again, just my Experience and Opinions. You'll have to come up with your own.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

The Facts of the Matter...

AUTHOR: Jeff - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 14, 2017

I'm the owner of Iconic Auctions. This is a response to the slanderous, erroneous and false statements made by Timothy Gordon aka "autographhunter" in this report, as our company's true standing and reputation is not properly represented in this forum. The facts to our relationship with Mr. Gordon are as follows:

1. Mr. Gordon was a consignor to our company for a 4-year period, from 2013-2017. During that time period, Mr. Gordon successfully sold and was paid for on tens of thousands of dollars worth of memorabilia. Mr. Gordon has been paid in full since August, when his final consignor checks were cut and sent to him. Mr. Gordon was actually sent final payments in July, however, since the amount of his check was in excess of $10,000, he requested that we re-issue him checks in smaller increments, a request which was granted and his checks were re-issued approximately 2 weeks later due in part to our offices being closed while we attended a trade show.

2. During his relationship with us, Mr. Gordon was paid on a timely basis, typically within 30-40 days after the auction's closing, with the exception instances where the bidder was delayed in making payment, which in turn delayed Mr. Gordon's payment. This happened on Mr. Gordon's May 2017 Auction consignment. We explained the situation to Mr. Gordon, who became angry because he claimed he had business opportunities he had committed the funds to. During this time we had regular communication with Mr. Gordon. The total time of delay in payout was approximately 35 days, making his payout 65 days. As with the nature of auctions, late payments do occur and are the result of delays in payment from bidders. Regardless, a 65 day payout from end of auction is still reasonable, and many auction companies have a standard payout of 60-90 days.

3. I personally spoke with Mr. Gordon on two different occasions over the course of the last year, in part because he had become increasingly belligerent with our staff and was making false statements about our company and our associations with other companies in the autograph and memorabilia business. In particular our second conversation, I discussed openly and candidly his concerns and the conversation, which did start out hostile on both sides, ended cordially. Since Mr. Gordon has decided to bring about those false statements to this posting, I will address them here as well.

Iconic Memorabilia LLC, dba Iconic Auctions, is solely owned by myself. This information can be publicly found on the AZ Corporate Commission's website. While we are now headquartered in Scottsdale, the business was started when I moved my family from California to Anthem, Arizona in January of 2008--hence the reason our Articles of Incorporation do not show that we started in Scottdale. In 2010, we entered a leasing agreement with Bell Sports Marketing, the parent company of a consignor to our company, Press Pass Collectibles. We have been leasing offices from Bell Sports Marketing since that time and continue to do. Over that time period, given that our businesses revolve around similar product, we have also shared expenses on employees that can provide generalized service to both our companies, such as shipping and accounting. Bell Sports Marketing does not have any ownership interest in Iconic Auctions, and vice versa. Kyle Bell is not an owner of Iconic Auctions. I have no ownership in his businesses. That is the facts of the matter.

Should anyone read this and have any questions regarding Iconic Auctions, please feel free to contact me directly.
