Went in to Iconic nail salon to have mani/pedi done with daughter. We had a $31 coupon which I showed the man at the front counter. As we were seated in the pedicure chair I showed him the coupon again to let him know what we wanted. We were offered stone, chocolate, or deluxe. Any of the three with the coupon. We went to check out and he charged us $55 each instead of $31 telling me we chose deluxe and chocolate. I showed him coupon at front desk and at pedicure station. He told us we could choose one of three. AT NO TIME did he tell us it was $24 More, ever. We came in with a coupon, he knew it. He demanded I pay, embarassed us, and Waxhaw police were called to file the report against this man. I have called the credit card company, state's attorney, and the better business bureau. STAY out of here unless you want to be ripped off!
