my wife and i were trying to buy a home but found problems with our credit reports our mortgagr boker referd us to icr services .said the can fix our credit for $300.00 dollars a piece so we sent them two money orders and were told to wait one year this was sep.18th 2001
come sept. 20th 2002 we found the only changes on our credit reports were what we payed off so we called icr and requested a refund because we were unsatisfied and they told us it would take 90 days to investigate our file to call back 12/27/2002 they would have a decission for us
we were told no refund because 4 items were off of our credit reports the items we payed off our selves so beware of icr services or(national credit repair servies)

I am not actually an employee, but an independent rep with ICR SERVICES. It sounds like this customer got in touch with an uninformed rep. Once you become a client of ICR SERVICES, you do not just sit back and wait a year. All the necessary information is on the original paperwork done at time of application, including the customer service number if there were any questions. How in touch were you with the rep who signed you up for the Consumer Education? Also, I have known that is certain situations, such as an untrained, or misinformed rep giving wrong instructions to a client, ICR SERVICES will try to remedy the problem either by extending the service, or by other means. Did you contact ICR SERVICES directly and report the problem, and what some remedies would work for you?
