Ics Financial Took fees ripoff OKC Oklahoma

I filled out a form for a loan with ICS. The intial fee was $55. That was sent in. If you were not approved that 55 fee was returned. Then I recieved a 3 page contract and another 80 something dollars had to be turned in. I did that. Waited 3 weeks, got a response my loan was denied because of credit scores. I was guarnteed by Steve at ICS before I sent the 80 something in that I was approved. Tried calling Steve for months.

On May 1 talked to a Melissa, she said I needed to fax the rejection letter to them. Never was that mentioned before that. I did and she said she recieved and a check would go out that day,. Still no check and no one answering there number at ICS. Just voice mail.
