This Arizona based company is devious. Their prey are the needy. ICS World receives money globally to "investigate" all sorts of civil issues. Whether you're wife is cheating and you want it revealed, or if you have a missing person you are trying to find.. they will target you're need, and send you a contract. This happened to me recently, and I am literally blown away by the situation entirely.

They sent me a contract, several pages to sign. One of these pages says "if we don't get results, we still pay money to investigate so we can't give the money back." I spent the money, as well as referring a friend's mother who was having thoughts that her husband might be cheating. We went forward with it, and they started giving us the cold shoulder as soon as they received payment.

My case, searching for an old friend.. turned up absolutely no information at all. My friend's mom (who I feel terrible for referring her) was told that they would find a local investigator to do the job. They prefer not to speak to you, and run a complete scam.

1. You have a need for their "services."
2. They give you this ridiculous contract and take the payment once signed.
3. Nothing is found "oops."
4. No refund.

I'm truly surprised that they have a Better Business Bureau logo on their web page. And it is ironic that they have a company that investigates. I think the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU should be investigating THEM.

Consumers beware. This is a worldwide scam and they are a fraud.
