I completely dispute the accuracy of the described project by Ann. Yes we got into a contract and we also did the work. Every step of the development we submitted the Website prototype to Ann for her review and feedback. At a point she contacted other company and I believe got a cheaper solution from them and started demanding the initial $2000 back. We did not agreed because the work was already done and the project was nearly complete to backout at this point. We invested our team for a project and after it is 90% done the money cannot be refunded as the product is functional and operational. Ann still owes us $2000 and we incurred loss by undertaking the project and investing our teams time for her.

I've been working for close to 2 years here now and have thorougly enjoyed creating and deploying solutions for over 30 business' and individuals. Many of the solutions I design start from littlest of information from the client, realizing that many clients are looking for some initiative on the company's part. Therefore, after a project is finished I get a great amount of personal satisfaction of seeing that I am capable of all types of problem solving in the software industry. I graduated with a BS in computer science and have 10 years experience in programming, with profiency in over 10 different programming languages. I would not continue to work here had it not been for the relationships I've built with my clients as well as our owner, Ashif Mahmud, always taking time to listen to us (as employees) and make improvements to the company based on our input (a rare thing in my past experiences with upper managment).

I would be happy to listen and talk with you about your past relatiionship with us. As a problem solver, I'm always interested in the "WHY's" behind the "WHAT'S". At this time I'm unable to accurately analyze and describe what went wrong in your case, as none of my coworkers are aware of this. In further response to your post, I would like to reflect on several of my clients that have asked for our help in finishing abandoned previous work from other individuals/companies. I have never abandoned my clients nor are we only interested in initial payments. Our number one priority and goal is to completely generate our own leads, which can only be made possible by completing a project and acquiring future business or references from our existing customer relationships. This is all part of working a correct business model. In all honesty, I have seen many projects go past their due dates, simply due to changing requirments or new discoveries/direction from the client during the programming phases. However, our clients realize these delays happen from these late discoveries, and, if ignored (to stay on schedule), would not produce the most efficient product.
