Just kept harrassing us about getting paid. The work was horrible. I was able to find a way better company and at half the cost. Now he is demanding his money. Austin Texas

One year after this complaint, we would like to revisit the issue for any parties currently "shopping" ICT Consultants for database work.

Changes we have made:

1.  We have largely moved away from building websites.  Unless the website is tied to a database application or other custom software, we now refer these projects to other local Austin companies.  Websites are a. design intensive, meaning there is a lot of room for difference of opinion in what looks pleasing/professional and b. freelancers/outsourcers (our competetion in website design) are usually trawling for this kind of work and operate at an unsustainable profit margin.

2.  We now have a time-sensitive system for change requests (changes the client wishes to make during the actual development of the project) that protects all parties.  Currently, our clients see visible evidence of completed work on a weekly basis and sign off on their approval of the work so that we can continue to deliver our custom products in a timely manner.

Finally, please realize that rebuttals by the accused companies on Ripoff Report are only published after collecting a payment and only at the editor's discretion.

We were waiting to receive the payment by mail and uploaded the site as Gary stated that they have a media event for launching the site. After uploading the site, they never contacted us and we never received the $2500 that we contracted for although they said that they have already mailed the check. If you are a web design company do not start work for them till you get a payment from them. Completely unethical business practice. My experience is similar to this complain

I contracted this company on the 1st of february to develop a website. I discussed the requirements with them and also provided them with a detailed requirement documentation. They promised to deliver the product in 6weeks and after 6weeks they asked for more time and promised that if i gave them more time they will have it delivered to my satisfaction. I gave them more money and the an additional 2weeks which expired on the 31st of march. I have paid them $2000 thus far. After the additional time they gave me a website which has no functionalities working. The code is terrible and does not meet the requirements we agreed on. When i complained they stopped returning my phone calls or my emails.

They are now threateneing me with collections for the final payment of work they have not performed as well as called me names.
I am a victim and i don't want you to be another one of their victims. They are only interested in the down payments perhaps the first 2 installments and then their games begin. The owner Mohammed Mahmud is so Rude and very unprofessional and always results in name calling and threats. BEWARE!!!!!
