There service to over 3 months to complete.

When I  picked up  my car at their shop, I looked at the motor and there were screws missing that kept plastic parts in place. The mechanic there promptly replaced them. As my car was running for a few minutes ( I was talking to someone who had brought my car up.) I noticed that antifreeze was leaking from under my car. The mechanic fixed the hose  but I did not know that he crimpt that hose until I was at another auto shop.

As I finally drove off , my air did not work as they did not put any freon in it. When I finally arrived home I killed the engine only to find it would not start again.  Thunderbolt came and picked the car up. They replaced something and charged me another 400.

I immediately replaced  a valve leak because the hose on the engine was crimpt at my mechanic's shop .

18000.00 passed and I brought the car to my mechanic. The rear main seal was leaking, one valve had water in it and the oil pan was leaking.

I called Thunderbolt they told me the repair would be over $3000. There Warranty is only good for parts. The service Mgr Derryl was very nice.

My mechanic told me there service was TERRIBLE. They are a rip. There is much more.
