Same story just a different day.  We called Speedy repo to assign a repo and were quoted 350.00.  Long story short we provided the location to secure unit and time as well as had customer put keys in unit and then we get a bill for over 2800.00.  We got charged for keys and for skiptracing.  When called to question them we were told it was a courtesy for them to get the keys.  I explained the courtesy was that our customer put the keys in the car for them and that there was no skiptracing.  They corrected that and sd it was a 10-25% of the vehicles worth that was charged.  Then they made rude comments and started yelling and demanding we wire funds before they would release location of our unit. EXTORTION comes to mind.   

The Invoice came from ICU Inc out of British Columbia, the release came from CCI out of NV and we had to wire funds to a bank in ohio to get the wonderful 10% discount and location of our unit.  They LOVE to tell you how long they have been in the repo business and how well they know there jobs which is all REALLY funny because they dont repo they hire professional repo companies to do that for them.  They are just a forwarding company that contracts all over the country to unsuspecting legitimate repo companies.  They are rude and arrogant.  We have spoken with attorney general in 2 states as well as BBB and these guys are going to get what they have coming.  Oh and isnt it funny how Aries Auto comes to these guys defense like they are a different company...I cant find them nor can BBB or Attorney General in ohio however the police have apparently had questions on them.  I find that very funny.  My guess is they are the same people.  Karma is a wonderful thing and I believe they will get what they have coming.  I hope it is the form of a square cell with locked doors!!!
