Id Protection ,Id Protection Services This company stole 31.98 from my bank account twice in one week! Phoenix Arizona

I was debited a total of $63.96 from two withdrawals - one on 10/24 and again on 10/30. I called the number on my bank statement and after 45 minutes of holding I got to speak to someone - at first they tell me I wasn't charged - after much debate and phone calls and asking to speak to a manager (which results in either being put on hold forever or simply told she is "unavailable" - this is not a company I would choose to do business with) - I was told that I filled out their online application twice - so I got my "monthly" charge twice. As if this makes sense.

Now that they finally admit to stealing my money I ask for it back - they don't give refunds - but as long as I fax my bank statement - they will give me 31.98 back for the extra charge. THIS IS AFTER THEY TELL ME WHY THEY TOOK MONEY OUT TWICE - BUT THEY STILL NEED ME TO PROVE IT TO THEM???? Of course the fax doesn't go through - they tell me its my machine, yet I work at a hospital and we send out hundreds of faxes a day!

Next, I file with the Better Business Bureau. After a month of waiting - they respond. Saying that they only took 31.98 and they will return that - and they did - but its not good enough - I want it all back - did they forget about the phone calls where the customer service rep told me about filling out an application twice?

I refilled.

I am asking everyone to file with the Better Business Bureau...you can do it all online and its easy - I do not like being stolen from no matter what the amount and I want this company to start paying back for its sleazy practices.
