ID Protection Services SCAM they take your money without your authorization and than will not refund it. Nationwide

This is a SCAM, They are some ID protection service. They are tied to an online payday loan scam. my husband applied some last year and we didnt realize they were taking money out of his account recently w/out our authorization. ((HE WAS DENIED THE LOAN!!!)) BUT THEY ARE TAKING MONEY OUT???? This company is fraudulant, They stated that we signed a contract for it yeah right for what a non existant loan... and charge you an additional 31.85 a month not to mention all the NSF fees.

I couldnt figure out why our account was so messed up until I finally saw there info on a check, they type out a check in my husbands name and have it cashed. My husband is deployed right now and I am having to deal w/ these kind of ppl that are crooks. I called them and got the run around they said they cancelled the service I doubt it, I will have to go close his account now.

He told me to file a police report??? He sounded like he was from another country and The man wouldnt tell me were this company was located not even the country, after requesting to speak with his supervisor and continously asking for his location of the company and him telling me he couldnt give out that info he put me on hold, I eventually hung up. They cannot give out info but they can TAKE OURS. Thats a crime in my book
