I have had my account for quite some time, almost done paying off not 1 but 2 vehicles..   worst women to speak to at this location is DD, Tara and now I have a new name to add the supervisor Ms Wilson.  Ms Wilson does not know how to keep buisness and person separate. 

She used my dispute with both DD and Tara and used it against me.  I ended up having my car repossed although we worked out a payment plan and date just so I would have to pay an additional 405.00 to them.  IDA is not the problem the ghetto fied women they have working there is the problem.  I am in the middle of taking this with an attorney, Mrs Wilson could have handled the situation differently, but I guess she felt she has a point to prove. 

they are unprofessional and act like i owe them the money and not the company.  But if you get into a dispute with either DD or Tara, you will be turn to Ms Wilson who is worst in the underhanded department.
