I have only had this bank for 7 months, and it has been a complete joke. First I would like to say, do not sign anything that involves IDA LLC, secondly, the vehicle that was sold to me, by the dealership, which is in business with IDA IS A SAVAGE car, at time of purchase I request a CAR FAX and was told no, and I could look up the information myself, after 6 months of owning vehicle, I went into official dealership, who was able to provide with a car fax, and was told the my vehicle airbags were deployed in accidient which happened before being sold at an auction. I am currently working with an attorney to forfieted the my contract with IDA, its a bunch b.s and a way to giving hardworking consumers a headache.

In your post you claim that the dealership sold you a "SAVAGE" car.
There is no such thing as a savage car.
Is it possible you mean the car that the dealership sold you has a SALVAGE title?
You can research 'salvage title' so you know what it means and how it affects the condition and price of the vehicle. If you don't know by now, it is up to you to pull a CAR FAX or AUTO CHECK on any vehicle at your expense prior to purchase. Naturally this would be in addition to the independant pre-purchase inspection you would have on the vehicle by a qualified mechanic PRIOR to purchase. If you don't do these two simple steps (inspection and report), then you are rolling the dice when it comes to the actual condition of the vehicle.
Educate yourself on purchasing a vehicle. The sales rep is not your friend.
