IDCSERVCO - Progessive Office Products TONER RIPOFF POSING AS OTHER COMPANIES Covina California

This company called our office today, saying that they supply our toner for our copiers, after asking our receptionist some questions and figuring our what type of copiers they asked to be transferred to the person who places the orders.

IDCSERVO or PROGRESSIVE OFFICE PRODUCTS represented as our vendor and preceded to explain how toner was increasing in cost, they almost succeeded in us purchasing toner from them.

Our purchaser received a fax confirmation to sign and fax back, she notice the company name and questioned this. We called our real vendor and ask them what this was about, they explained that this is not them and they would not call us to have us place an order but would call to explain future price increases.

I contacted the company to get the sales rep on the phone Sue but she was conveniently not in and her manager Melissa was not either, this office closes after 12 noon.

This company used false pretenses to attempt to get us to purchase toner that we could possibly never use. BE AWARE OF THESE TYPES OF CALLS.
