I made an online purchase, using VISA, this holiday season and this company, iDeal Direct Interactive, sent and billed me for a sample of Coral Calcium. I found the charge today for S&H and VISA informed me that another charge for 19.95 has been processed on my next month's statement.

There is/was no invoice or packing slip included in the package and the addressed to name is incorrect. Lucky I reconcile my VISA charges each month or this might have slipped by as probably happens to many people.

Inconvenient in that I have had to close my VISA account and go through setting up my recurrent charges to the new number. Oh well... live and learn. You have to be so careful today. Hope this helps someone else from making a similar mistake.
