This company is very deceptive about their return policy. In fact the salesman lied and the home office just didn't seem to take notice. Do not every consider purchasing from Ideal Feet.

Ideal Feet's New Refund Policy Was started March 1 2013. The Details of the policy are verbaly informed to the customer, the policy is posted in plain view in all locations, a detail copy is on each customers receipt. Each customer is shown the policy and then they sign in acknowledgement at time of purchase.

If after trying our product for 30 days and allowing us to follow up with you and adjust as needed, you still feel our product is not for you. Ideal Feet will refund 70% of your purchase cost on your orthotics. If at anytime you wish to try our products again you will receive a 30% discount.
