I purchased Femerex, a female hormone pills, 2 bottles for $101.51. Very expensive for me. Order number: 1411503 on 5/14/2004.

I used the first bottle and I was sick the whole time. I tried to call at least 7 times without luck, you cannot get through the line, they are always closed or line busy or some other excuse.

I used part of the 2nd bottle and then stopped using the product. I immediately within 3 days felt better. No more head aches, no more upset stomach, no more feeling naueous, no more feeling just plain sick all the time, I gained weight, and I was moody. I had more hot flashes than ever before. I felt more fatiqued than before.

The promise they gave me when I purchased the stuff was that I would feel better, have a better mood, feel like I was having a new beginning in life, I would lose weight, it was the wonder drug of all drug for menopause women. I was supposed to get energy, have no more hot flashes, and not feel fatiqued any more. I was promised a miracle drug and promised my money back.

Now I have sent a fax, I have the fax still with the cover sheet stating I faxed it on June 28, 2004 asking them for a refund for the product and asking them where to send the second bottle of Femerex to. Absolutely, No response whatsoever.

I cannot reach them by telephone either.

This company is a total rip off. I want my money back of $101.51 or I understand minus the shipping and handling of $7.00.

I cannot believe a company can operate this way. But some Internet company do operate this way. In fact, my husband told me to go with the company that makes the product and not with a no-name company because he wanted to be sure we would not get ripped-off. Well, Ideal Health, you still ripped us off and you are hiding something because you won't answer my fax nor the telephone or email I have sent to you. What are you hiding from me and other prospective customers? Interesting.

I want my refund now. Please, please, please.

never had problems

I have used several of their products and am quite happy with most of them. There was only one thing I had to return before and had no problem. If you are like me, you were introduced to thier products through an individual. Did you contact that person? If you went straight to the company, they most likely gave your order to an individual as well and it should be on your paperwork, at least with thier account number that identifies them. The individual should get your refund on your behalf, but I have had to make a few calls to the company to get the right place too before and a couple times it took a couple days to get a hold of them, but they took care of me straightaway (the call was to put a product on hold while away on vaction for two months).

Hello,

My name is Tammy and I would like to express my sympathy for your problem you are having with Ideal Health. I do not know what Independant that you bought your product through or did you buy from the TV but I would like to help you remedy the situation. You need to call the 1-800-768-7667 and ask to be transfered to Clinical services for yor complaint. Her name is Elisa and she will help you remedy the problem. I have been with the company for 3 years and haven't had any of my customers have problems with the Femerex, But you could of been having a reaction to one of the herbs in the product and that is what was making you sick. I believe during the time you were having problems they were opeing up a new call center and your problem must of sliped through the cracks. If you need me to help you feel free to call me 623-332-8116 I would love to help you get your money back and I could get some questions answered for you as well.
