Ideal Moving & Storage quoted me $2,273.29 for my move. Upon pick up ALL items as described and quoted on were exactly the same. After loading their truck they told me the new price would be $3.181.00. When I tried to talk to the supervisor of the crew he said if I didn't agree to that amount that he would unload his truck and charge me per hour per man.
After being backed in a corner I had no choice but to agree. In addition, I overheard the supervisor arguing with 1 of his movers refusing to pay him for the day.
Upon delivery I had damaged furniture including my china cabinet, desk, coffee table, couch, Dresser drawer, and bookshelf. I had some shattered items in my boxes when unpacking and a box with 2 DVD players was not delivered.
The delivery crew also tried to shake me down for another $75 on delivery.
I have over $2000 worth of damage
These people were rude and very unprofessional.
