Idealwatches.com Sold a defective watch and refuses to accept return/ repair Brooklyn New York

I ordered a Swiss Rolex Submariner 2008 replica from these guys, who had all kinds of claims about the "authenticity" of this product. When I received the product I noticed several major defects on the watch so I sent it back immediately for a replacement--according to their website "Money Back, No questions asked" warranty.

I was shocked when the USPS returned my package because the address that idealwatches.com had supplied was nonexistent! In fact, it had looked very suspicious to me, as P.O. Box addresses are never given in this fashion here in the U.S.

I've been trying to contact this company by ALL means possible but they refuse to communicate with me. It doesn't matter what time of the day you call, you always encounter a recording from a foreign-sounding woman informing the costumer to leave a message because "they are busy helping other costumers" or something like that. Even the sound quality of the call sounds so bad over the phone that appears as if they're using a very cheap cell phone company to handle their calls. Needless to say, emails are futile with these people.
I'm writing this report in hopes that no one else falls for this scam. I've learned the lesson the hard way. If you want a brand-name, Swiss watch, go for the real thing. And if you can't afford a new one, buy a used one on ebay from a reputable seller. Buying cheap, counterfit stuff is never a substitution for the real thing.

If you feel you must order a fake watch, make sure you're allowed to inspect it first via COD, otherwise reject the deal. Also, if you pay with a credit card, make sure your payment is under $500 because they claim they "cannot take payments over $500," which is complete b.s. They only say that to deter people from using credit cards, which can actually potentially track their "business" legally and shut it down for good--the trade off, of course, is that you'll never be sure whether your credit card info will be kept safe.
Absolutely ALL fake watch internet companies offer the same kind of paying options for one reason: To protect themselves from the long arm of the law.
