Idearc MEDIA LLC super pages verizon yellow pages ignored broken promises collections Internet

i have had five phone conversations and one written termination as per contract not to renew my listing all have been ignored ,i keep paying the bill saying this must be the last month.

I get a phone call today asking was i happy with my service,apparently I am still a happy customerof theirs,i get my mail and there is another bill for three months service along with a notice from a collection agency.

There has to be a company policy to blatantly disregard requests for cancellations and from reading other reports its widespread.Are they being investigated? surely there most be some regulatory body that has control of these companies.
