I went to this website to see if I was approved to barrow a little extra cash, I had flown to Arizona to be with my father while he was in the hospital having open heart surgery. I missed two weeks of work and the trip cost me WAY to much money. I had to pay my bills, and I had NO money in the bank, I mean ZERO dollars. so I find this website that states that everyone is approved. I fill out the application and I had to click NO to about a hundred different offers to find out that they declined my app. Still broke, I wake up the next morning to find that my account is overdrawn by $31.98 and I had an overdraft fee on my account. I call the company and the lady states that my refund will be in the account in 72 hours. One week later the money still wasn't back in my account so I call the number and find out that my refund request was still being reviewed.

After a couple days I called the company again to find out why they did not give me my money back, they declined my refund request. I then waited on hold for 57 minutes until my phone died to speak with a supervisor.

I got taken advantage of, I was looking for help and this company took my money. I went to the website because I was really broke, that is was those websites are for. and they took my money and it cost me more than the stupid service was worth.
