I ordered brand-new never opened merchandise from idjnow.com at a brand-new rate. I thought this was going to be a great transaction, however I will reconsider doing business with them in the future. I made a $1400.00 purchase with idjnow.com because I trusted their level of service....

I ordered two of the same lights. BOTH lights were not only used (scuffs on units) but they lens were broken/shattered. Another light you could tell from just the box it was pre-owned. I paid a "new equipment price" for a "used equipment price".

The company claims they're order packers grabbed the wrong items off the shelves which I find it hard to believe. Typically, used merchandise is stored on a seperate shelf. The company did agree to replace TWO of the lights (broken ones) and give me a free protective bag valued at $35.00. We'll see what happens.

I DJ NOW corrected the situation

AUTHOR: I Dj Now - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 11, 2009

The customer received a defective product. The customer called on a Friday and was sent out a UPS label the same day. The customer stressed to us that they needed the product for New Year's Eve event. I DJ NOW even upgrade the shipping to make sure they received the lights in time for the event. The customer went on to numerous boards chat boards bad mouthing us.
