do not I repeat DO NOT sign up for ANYTHING with any of these web-sites who offer a $1-99 7 day trial of their services.
FIRSTLY they let you download their software for which they will charge you $39-95 per MONTH ongoing if you do NOT cancel within the 7 days.
THE SOFTWARE IS LIMEWIRE REBADGED WITH THEIR OWN BRAND CALLED 360 SHARE PRO - I SWEAR IT IS ONLY LIMEWIRE RE-BADGED. YOU CAN BUY LIMEWIRE FOR EVER FOR WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO PAY PER MONTH !!!
Also when I actually installed the 360SharePro software it took me somewhere REALLY RANK and my computer froze up with the "blue screen of death" and the only action I could take was to reformat my hard drive and reinstall Windows XP !! Therefore I lost any information about them ... fortunately before I did anything I took a note of the username and password and finally found them operating under no less than 3 or 4 different web sites ...
Deal with this organization AT YOUR OWN PERIL - they took $49-95 out of my Master Card in addition to the $1-99 IMMEDIATELY and have NOT returned any of my requests for tech support or phone support ...
If you go to one of the web-sites eg. nowdownloadall.com they say they have "award winning technical suppport" and they have a photo of a "Sara Lewis" who they claim to be a Customer Support Officer ... with NO PHONE NUMBER despite their claim in the FAQ that they guarantee their service and phone support is available.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR ... I am not the FIRST this has happened to ... I found them on the RIPOFF web site and exactly the same happened to that girl that happened to me and the same amounts of money, except hers was in EUROS.
