I signed up for a $1.99 trial with this company. The very next month there was a charge on my credit card for $94.89. Since then I have had three of these charges. When I called the company to cancel and have my money refunded, they told me on three separate occasions that they would email me the cancellation information. I still have not seen any email. Unfortunately, my credit card company would not do anything to help either. I filed a fraudulent charge report with them which got me nowhere. They told me that they would not take off the charges and that I would have to cancel with the merchant. Finally, I had no other choice but to close the credit card account. Hope everyone else dealing with these scam artists has better luck than I did!
