IDS Websites.com IDS Scam Artist. Promises custom web site and store and provides nothing. Internet

About four months ago I purchased a web site and store from idswebsites.com and they promised a custom web site and store and have provided zilch. After sending them hundreds of pictures and all the information about our business they came up with a very amaturish looking site and used none of what I had sent them. They had out business name even spelled incorrectly.  All the text and pictures had been copied from somewhere else. After I called and complained they started fixing things at a snails pace.  I asked what had happened to all the info I gave them and they said it had been lost.  I asked to speak to the sales lady that had taken my order and she was no longer working there.  This should have been my first clue to get away from this outfit but I stuck it out..   You are supposed to have unlimited free changes to the site but on half the stuff I send in to have changed they say that its outside the scope of the free changes.   It has been nothing but a headache for me and my business. As of today after spending hundreds of hours working on the site and store ourselves the IDS server server seems to be down and we can not even bring up our website, online store the administrative pages their website or anything.  And as luck would have it I'm running an add this weekend on the opening of our online store and Id won't even come up.  Hopefully they are not out of business with all our products and time spent entering everything.  On top of all this for two weeks we have been having problems with our check out cart and for two weeks I get nothing but a runaround as to what the problem is.. I get no return phone calls. They have the absolute worst customer service out of any business I have ever dealt with.  All I can say is stay away from these guys and I hope that all the information that I have had two full time people working on for the last month has not been lost forever.  If it has I'm out thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours.
