IDSERVCO- COPY SUPPLY WAREHOUSE ripoff, fraudulent billing, unauthorized vendor Culver City California

I'm the receptionst for the company I work for and I also do all of the office orders. I received a call from a lady by the name of "Nannette with Copy Supply Warehouse" and she said to me that the company that we order our copy machine toner from failed to send us a newsletter containing information about their discounted toner cartridges. She said that they were going to send us 4 toner cartridges to apologize, and it would only be $549 for the price of the first toner... She then told me that she would fax me the order confirmation.

First of all, she failed to mention the company that I order the toner cartridges from. I said " I thought we got all of our toner from Pacific Au----?" and she said "yes! we're the warehouse that sends you your toner. Please sign at the X on the fax I'm sending you and fax it back to the number on it." RED FLAG! Our copy machine vendor always has a courrier service deliver our toner. And, they don't bill us for the toner. Our toner is ALWAYS free since we're leasing the copy machine from them!

The fax that she sent me had NO insignia from Pacific A. I immediately knew that it was a scam and told them never to call us again, I then reported it to Pacific A. and they CONFIRMED that it was a scam and it was good that I didn't respond. You would be wise to do the same!
