Charged $781.76 (incl. shipping) for 2 boxes (4 bottles) of toner. Can be had through other means for less than $100. Not sure how they get phone numbers, but definite telemarketing type operation.

Luckily - and a credit to them - this was caught within the contractually specified "3 business days" return limit. Their customer service says UPS will be by to pick up said toner and my order will be canceled.

As for the shipping... "freight" on the invoice charged $83.76 - UPS (actual deliverer) states $16.10 for a package of this size and weight.

Almost lost my companies $800. QUITE the ripoff. Tell your friends.
