Idtheftproctection this company took 31.98 from my checking account,causing an overdraft. i call them and they say i signed up for their service by applying for a payday loan with last chance payday loan or a trifecta card. internet

this company is a total scam and rip off. I was told that I signed up for their service by filling out an application with last chance payday loan or some trifecta card.I may have browsed the site but never gave any permission for this to occur.They took 31.98 out of my account and caused an overdraft.
When you try to access the several bogus websites they give you to see about a refund,they sites are non exsistant. When you call them to try to talk with them they give you the runaround.I see that there are many people who have been vicitims of this scam. i would like to try to get some type of class action suit or report them to some type of investigative authority.Anybody who can help,please respond. thanks
