I.E Rentals And Credit Ripoff Take your money and do NOTHING for you Ontario California

Same as all the others on here...too bad i didn't see them until after we paid. I am still in the middle of it with them, hoping they get me an appointment with the property I am looking at. They have put it off twice already though, I have called and pretended to be a new client and recorded the phone call and got them to admit that if I dont find a place with them that my money will be refunded and if i do that my money will go toward the deposit. I guess we will see what happens in the next couple days.

I was hoping that the Better Business Bureau would be more help, after reading that someone else already went to them plus 26 or more before that with no help makes me wonder what i could do next. I guess a class action suit if we can get together on here.
