Unknown IEPTCS.COM charged my account! Charged $50.35 by unknown company IEPTCS.COM after I made a private online transaction. Internet

On June 23,2014 I made a legitimate, private transaction online for a website company. The very same day an additional charge of $50.35 appeared on my account. The description was "20382 Purchase IEPTCS.COM IEPTCS.COM 866-611-8469 GB." I happened to be at the bank the same day. We noticed the transaction. My banker said to contact the company.

I immediately looked it up online. A one-page website offered me the opportunity to "chat" with their representative.

My conversation follows. Every time I typed a line, I waited. No response. I would type another line, and another, finally would get a rote response. I thought it unnatural:

MyName:What if we did not sign up for this service and it has shown up on our bank account?

Who do I talk to?

CSR_07:I'll be glad to assist you with your concern. May I have the last four digits of the card that was being charged together with your full name please so I could pull-up your account?

MyName:No.

And... it over-drafted my account!!!!

MyName:Who authorized this transaction?

We did not.

How did you get my bank info?

Why does no one respond?

May I speak with a manager or accountant?

PHONE CALL RECORD

So, I called the telephone number 866-611-8469 on 6/24/14. The recording first asked me for the full name on my credit card and my account number, then put me on hold. Strange to ask so much up front. I did not give it any information. I waited 10 minutes listening to easy music. Not once did any recording interrupt me to say they will be with me soon or how many people are in line in front of me. I thought it odd, not real, and definitely not professional. I finally hung up.

WEBSITE RECORD

I first checked the website on 6/23/14 and "chatted" with the company. It looked bogus and had zero information, only ways to "contact" them. I placed a call to the company on 6/24/14. Nothing.

I rechecked the website on 6/25/14. It was gone! It could not be found by my browser any more.

WARNING!!! 

This is a bogus company with no real services who steals from people's accounts. If anyone knows how to stop them, let's do it!
