Ieshoes FAKE UGGS Company refusing to send a refund Internet

I ordered Ugg boots from ieshoes.com The boots are FAKE! I ordered Classic Short Uggs in chestnut. The color is darker, the stitching is coming undone on the back and the worst is that they are 2 and a half inches taller than they should be. Also, the "Ugg" tag that is sewn inside is not where it should be. My daughter owns a real pair of classic short in chestnut so I was able to do a side-by-side comparison. I contacted the company via email. (they have no phone number listed anywhere on their website) I received one response asking if I would accept a "partial" refund and keep the boots. I responded to them saying "no way". I insisted on a FULL refund. I don't want the boots. Their return policy clearly states if you received the wrong item because THEY sent you the wrong item, then you were entitled to a refund. I
